Weird skin mark on my thigh(pics included)

I've had this weird skin mark on my thigh for awhile now. It resembles a stretch mark, but it is actually dented, and there are vein like lines that are located in the dents. It actually also aches every now and then too. I don't have enough money to have a doctor check this out, so I'm hoping to find some answers on here. Thanks
