I have just finished reading all the post on the symptoms of menopause. I turned the big 50 this pas January and I am happy 50, still look good but i tell you the truth I feel wierd with all these symptoms. OMG I have the heart palipations rarely, but my digestive system has gone to pots, my eyes are always dry, i have major tension in my neck which works its way down my arm up to my head which causes headaches, my legs are super duper cold. I havent had the the hot flashes thank God. My moods or not that bad, but I noticed that I am not interested in going places anymore and that is not me. I try to stay close to home. I don't want to take any harmones or anything so I am dealing with it best I can If any of you have any suggestions or have found natural relief please by all means let me know. I hear Estroven is supposed to be good. If anyone has tried it please let me know I want to be me again

PeriMenopause is real and can start at different ages. Some doctors recognize and will help you through your syptoms other doctors look at you like you are crazy and say Peri-menopause is a meth. You could eventually start experiencing mood changes, from mild to severe. You can experience foggy brain. there is help out there... one thing that helps me more than anything a doc has given me so far is Estrovan, over the counter at any drug store. That has been my life saver. Best of luck

i am 49, recently have had anxiety for no reason?, hot flushes, very tired and ridiculously heavy periods. Was looking for some menopause articles, stumbled here. Maisano, your comment that you are 44 and thought this happens to middle age people made me laugh, i think 44 is about middle aged my dear. Dont worry, I'm 49 and never think of myself as middle aged either!

Hi I am fifty four and experiencing the same symptoms, I am in full fledged menopause. I have tried many different herbal supplements, and they help but don't take it all away. I can say the last three years have been miserable, my heart goes out to you. The scary thing is when it is happening you wonder what Is going on. I was feeling pretty good but way overweight, and when I went on a restricted calorie plan, the symptoms started back up again. I pray a lot . Exercise, and easy on the carbs helps.

My periods have been very watered down with blood and they're usually extremely dark and heavy. Could you please tell me if I'm going through a change of life? I have just turned 44 this year.
