I love cookies so much that I often buy a giant cookie on my way to work, but now I am going on a diet, I know that I am going to have to cut down on that. I am still hoping to enjoy a cookie from time to time, but from now on, I am going to make my own. What are the best diet cookies?
If you are after recipes for diet cookies, I love the joyofbaking website. They have all kinds of recipes for cookies, muffins, cupcakes, even marshmallows... I often use their recipes. I am sure they have some good diet cookies on the website too, though I must admit I never specifically looked for that because I have never been on a diet.
