Hello people,

I started to follow extreme fat smash diet. I am on really rigorous exercising plan and I am preparing for great championship as a rookie in fitness. This competition will be next year, and I have to say that I am planning to win. We need to choose one diet program, and I decided to choose extreme fat smash diet, because it is extreme and I am sure it can help me. I just need you help about something.

What are the four phases of extreme fat smash diet? Can you tell me, because it would be really helpful to me?

First of all, good luck at this! I really hope that you are going to be first. Yes, this is extreme diet program. It is really hard in the first days, but later you will see that this program can be really easy and easily can become your lifestyle.

So, first phase is detoxification, second phase is the foundation, third diet is the construction and the last, but not the least phase is the temple.

Somehow, I believe that this is not that hard to understand, but if you need any other questions about this, please, feel free to ask :)

I would say thank you about this, if I can :) Because, this topic is not mine. But, I have to say that you could explain to us more about this. I mean, I really do understand the first two phases, and I think that there is no big deal about it. But, I really can’t understand this phase number four. I mean, what means that this phase is – temple? I am very confused, and I believe that I am not the only one.

If you have any explanation about this, please let me know, because I believe that this phase is very important.

I am sorry because I was sketchy, but that is OK. As I told you, I am here to share any information with you. Yes, this phase number four – the temple is very important, because it is the final step in whole process. Any and all foods are allowed during the maintenance phase four, that is most important. So, you really can eat – white starches such as potatoes and white rice, you can drink three glasses of wine or even one beer per week.

But, you also need to exercise and you need to do that five times a week.

That is important!
