I have had these little white spots for a couple of years now on my penis well actually as far back as I can remember I'm 15. They don't cause me any irritation or oozing etc. but would like to know if they are harmful?
hi, there nothing to worry about nearly every male has had them and even females get them on there vaginas, there called fordyce spots, if you google them your find it easy :-)
