What are this little bumps on the bottom side of my shaft?

I have like these little bump kinda like pimps on my shaft of my penis and then I have a darker spot on the head. Does anyone know what this is?

Does it look anything like this?
If it does, it is simply a hair follicle - and 99% of people have them; they are completely normal.
If it doesn't look like that can you find a pic that looks like it?

Nothing to worry about...  They are called fordyce spots and are 100% normal.. they are NOT an STD.. Google too learn more
