I'm 35 year old male and suddenly I have got some strange mood problems.
About a month ago I think I have developed some type of depression. I know that this condition is often and very common but the thing that’s surprising me the most is that I can think of any reason for my depression.
I have a great job and great relationship with my wife. Everything is going just fine.
So, I would like for find out more about possible depression triggers before I contact my psychiatrist over this.
Thanks!
I know you want to find out explicit cause of your depression but things with depression are a bit more complex than that.
There is not just one cause of depression. It is a complex disease that can occur as a result of a multitude of factors.
But, the most important things you should know about this are that it is believed that depression is passed genetically from generation to generation and there are not some visible triggers of depression.
Trigger could also be physical, sexual or emotional abuse, sometimes in your early childhood.
Question this and than seek for medical help!
Good luck!
