When you're losing weight, fat obviously leaves the body. 8-| What's it look like?
Hello there,
Well, you are losing weight but there is no obvious physical evidence of fat discharge. You are sweating while you are working out and the fat is leaving your body through the sweat, but also some other things such as toxins are leaving your body in the same way.
When you urinate your body is also discharging toxins. So I presume that this would be answer to your question. If you are exercising regularly you will see results of lost weight pretty soon. But it is necessary to adjust your nutrition as well. And no eating two hours before exercising and hour after you leave the gym. Otherwise your results will be coming much slower. Good luck.
You are highly misinformed if you think there is fat in sweat.
