What does it mean if you can't hold your urine for long?

Hello. I'm 17 years old and I have very embarrassing problem. I can't hold my urine for long. I pee about 6-7 times daily and for a week whenever I feel the urge that I have to pee I have to rush to find a toilet immediately because I can't seem to hold it anymore. If I wait too long (about minute) my stomach starts to hurt and I could feel warm urine running down my leg. There's nothing I can do to stop it. I've wet myself 2 times the last week and I have also wet my bed last night. There is no big amount of urine tho. When I pee, I stop peeing in less than 10 seconds. But if I don't go immediately I would pee myself. My urine is clear. I don't have any health problems. I do drink a lot of water because I'm active. Can you tell me what's wrong with me? I am embarrassed to go to the doctor.
