I just had the exact same thing happen to me today. I’ve never had this happen before. I google searched the description and that’s what led me here. I also seperated and examined it and the descriptions I read here are identical. I hope someone has some answers because I’m a little freaked out too. It is not something I ate.

My God this is my answer!!! I thought I was dying! I originally thought it was a blood clot but because of family hx of colon ca, I had to investigate further. When squished it contained white matter, I was freaked out! I am on metformin..this explains it, thanks!

Has anyone considered them to be some type of cysts? They are encapsulated and have a white cheesy substance inside. Sounds like every cyst removal I've watched at Dr. Pimple Popper on YouTube. I passed one today,I believe. I didn't like at or retrieve it, but it was about 1inch long. It was oval,smooth and grape like. I haven't ate any grapes or anything like it. No capsules taken. I'm not taking metformin. I do take Jenta Dueto which is a huge pill. I stay constipated due to Trullicity and have what seems like a hard tender area on my right abdomen.

Hi I think I’m having the same problem except mine are green and it’s in a shape of a gnocchi. I pass a lot of them mostly are stuck inside the stool so you can’t always see them. I’ve been tested for parasites but it came back negative. I don’t understand how these unidentifiable objects be in my stool and come back negative. Anyways I also have a ammonia smell it stool with it. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

Wow! That might be it. I've been having the same thing, with no pain or discomfort and it's been freaking me out. But it started to happen after I started taking metformin so that might be it, initially I thought it was pills, but then food and then I was getting nervous it was a parasite. I really think it's the metformin now, the timing makes sense.

I eat garlic but not whole cloves. It has been happening to me too. Looks like fava beans too.

OMG!!!! I have this same issue, and thought it might be my Metformin meds, and then see this! I wonder why they aren't being digested?

Passed the same small black oval shaped seed.i thought it was a grape seed.it was 2 of them.i also have been back drinking the diatomacous earth.so whatever it is it's dead now
