This age is best for consuming vitamin and minerals. Maintain a good diet in this age.

You're actually pretty light. I'm 13, 5 ft 7 and I weight 120. Don't feel bad since we are so tall for our age it's normal I believe!

The average weight for a 5'6 girl is 131lbs. You're perfectly healthy! Meanwhile, I'm 5'3 and 137lbs....yeesh.

This happened to me too, it's like puberty starts happening and u just start eating and eating but if u are really worried, u should start eating a more balanced diet and tweak ur diet a bit

I am 13 and in year 9 at high school and I am really conscious about my weight I am about 5 ft 6 to 7 and weigh around 6 stone people call me anorexic at school and tell me I am too skinny. Am I? I dont know whether I should be worried or not? All my friends at school way around 9 stone which worries me when I am only 6 just wandering thank you xx
