i am 15 about to be 16 and weigh 8st 8 so about 120lbs, however i dance four times a week and go to the gym around two or three days, so i know a lot of it will be muscle, how do i shift the extra weight floating around my stomach? asap please

I'm 15 and 5'6. I weigh 138 pounds but I do soccer, volleyball, and track. It depends on your body structure because I wear a size 3. I have 82 percent muscle and 18 percent fat. Muscle weighs more than fat yall so take that in consideration because yall are probably musclare.

I'm 15, 5'6" and I weigh 115 lbs but I'm on the brink of being underweight so if you're anywhere from 125-140 (assuming you're healthy according to your doctor) you probably have a killer body and look great so I don't think you have anything to worry about :)

If you do sports you can be skinny and weigh a lot. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. So don't worry about weight so much.
UMMMM you are the perfect weight. I am also 5'6 and i am about 150 and 143 is like the perfect weight you don't need to lose anything. Have fun at your formal!!
Just find a dress that you like it doesn't matter how you look in it. It just matters is you like it and if your comfortable in it
