Good day. Hamptons diet program is something that is so mysterious for me, I really don’t know why. Every time when I think that I finally know everything that I need to know about this diet program, I find out that I made a huge mistake lol.

Yesterday, I was reading some article about it, and I found something that is really undefined for me – still. They were writing about some “oil change” and I have to stay that I don’t have a idea what this means. Do you know, what means “oil change” if you are following Hamptons diet program?

Is this something that you need to do while you are on this diet program?

Help me to understand :/

Well, as you already probably know, the Hamptons diet places a lot of emphasis on consuming the right kind of fats, especially if we are talking about those famous mono – unsaturated fats. So, the creator of this diet program just has picked up Macadamia nut oil as being the best cooking oil to use. This one is even rather than olive oil, if you didn’t know. So, he devotes entire chapter to oil and fats. Oil change means that you need to change oil that you use, if you want to follow this diet program. This one has a pleasant buttery flavor, and it is expensive, of course. If you can afford it is excellent to use.

So I asked this because I know that this is very popular low carb diet program, and this can be something that I could be able to follow. Until I have heard about this expensive oil.

 I don’t know why I always run out on something that is so expensive. I have to say that I have never heard about this oil, but I will be happy to research more about it. I think that I would not be able to find anything without your help. So, thank you once again, but somehow, I think that this diet program will not be mu next choice – so far!
