what must I do?

I'm 3weeks pregnant but the baby is not my boyfriends, whom I've been with for 3years. The person I'm pregnant for is very happy and wants me to keep the baby but on the other hand I don't want to hurt my boyfriend so what do I do? Is abortion an option.
