I am now 20 years old. I have had fingertips dermatitis for about 10 years. Th hard skin flakes off every time and the new soft skin remains. And then, this soft skin becomes hard again. I am afraid of that this can lead to skin metaplasia and cancer since it has been for 10 years. I use Betopic cream (betamethaxone) but it doesn't work. What should I do to cure it?
