Hi, I am 13 years old and im really scared that somthing will happen to me because I have these spots on the foreskin of my penis and when I pull the skin back under it there are two yellow small hard spots, somtimes my penis randomly stings and when I pee the tip of my penis stings a little, also I wash it in the shower all the time and it just stays the same. I AM VERY WORRIED, also my scrotum feels like there are little lumps inside, i think they are called varicocele and I cant stop thinking about it. I dont want to see a docter or anything, I would really apreceate it if someone would reply. I AM VERY WORRIED.
