Good day everyone,

I am following 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 diet program for two weeks now. I am happy with all those meals that I can prepare, it is not hard to follow. But, it seems to me that I just can’t see any results, and I don’t know why is that?

I mean, I am on it for two weeks now, and nothing happens. I didn’t lose one single pound.

Can you tell me why this happens?

When can I see first signs of weight loss If I am on 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 diet program?

It depends! You can never tell. Are there any changes on your weight or you just can’t see first signs of this diet program? That is very important, because you need to know that first 3 or 4 kilograms that you lose are only water, and basically, you can’t see that on your body.

Second, you need to know that the same diet programs sometimes can’t work the same for everyone as well. You need to be patient, if you could handle two weeks, you can handle one more, and I am pretty sure that you will be able to see some results.

Hey there,

While I was following this diet program, I must say that I needed a pretty much time to see some progress. I believe that this diet works very simple – first, you need to adapt your organism to totally different way of eating. Those pyramid diets are not that easy, your body will accept it but just a little  bit later than any other diet.

So, if you ask me, two weeks are so little time to see some progress in this diet program. Continue to follow it and you will see progress very soon. Don’t give up. Good luck!

Hey there,

I must say that I totally agree with you. Every single diet is totally different. I remember when my mother was following this diet program, she saw some results after almost one month. So, don’t let that those results that you don’t see after two weeks be devastatingly for you. That it totally normal. My mom was just one step to quit this diet program, and after a while, she saw some results. So, I believe that is pretty different from other diet programs and it takes time, that is very important to know.
