So, here is the deal. When I get an erection, the foreskin simply stays where it was earlier.

So, if it was covering the head, it would still cover the head when erect. However if I was skinning back and my glans were uncovered when soft, it would be uncovered after erecrion.

Isn't the foreskin supposed to slide back during erection? If so, how can I achieve this?

Your foreskin doesn't have to slide back to expose the head when your erect.

You can always just pull it back to expose the head if you want to.

No need to worry sounds like there is no issue to be concerned about.

You might just have a bit longer foreskin so the head stays covered.

You can retract it already and keep yourself clean so need to worry.

Always everyone, I was asking, said that their foreskin moves a bit (at least to uncover half of the head). Mine doesn't move a bit. Why? Should I stretch it?

Is your foreskin kind of tight when your erect?
You could work on stretching it if it is tight.
It not moving any could be related to your size and age if your still growing?
Is iit uncomfortable at all when you pull it back erect?

It is kinda tight, but I have no problem with that. It is not uncomfortable, and I can wear it behind the glans if I want.
Size: I am a grower, it sort of doubles its flacid size. Although it is not growing anymore since I'm in my 20s.

It could be you just have a longer foreskin.
With it not being too tight there really is no problem with it covering the head.

It covers my head without overhang, I wouldn't say that it is long
