Period was/is 3 weeks late. I took a test a little over a week ago and it was neg. but still no period. Last night, I started bleeding, more like spotting. I am in so much pain, midol and pamprin didn't do a thing. I feel so sick and tired, I haven't been to sleep all night. Whenever I stand up, I think I'm going to pass out. The thing that has me freaking out is, I'm having this wierd whitish, grayish, mucusy, membrane-looking discharge. I think I've had a miscarriage before, which is another reason I'm freaking out. I don't know what, if anything, to do.

See your doctor. You should not be having severe pain or feel like you're going to pass out.
It does not seem to be a miscarriage but, I'm thinking maybe an ectopic pregnancy only on the basis of your pain. You need an examination to be sure.
