I hope that the last three months of my life will turn into a longer period, in years. I managed to live healthy, I used a good, balanced diet and I lost ten kilos. Not much for three months, but I never starved and I ate so called junk food once in ten days, two weeks, something like that. Anyway, where can I buy good soy yogurt?
Well, congrats for your new lifestyle. I never managed that for more than a month, and after that time, I simply could not eat like that. Exercises are ok, but my eating habits are simply awful. But sport is keeping me in some sort of shape; I just hope it will last. As for soy yogurt I recommend you to make your own, it is easy and healthier, and you can flavor it anyway you like.
I guess I would make the yogurt myself. Even though most of the soy product I bought was really ok, somehow, healthy eating for me always included making my own meals as much as possible. The only problem with home made soy yogurt is that when you make it, it can be used after 12 hours. So, you need to put some effort in it, but it is really worth it.
Just do not eat too much soy products in a day. Balanced meals should really be balanced, even when it comes to healthy food like soy. I have even heard of some research that has proven the connection between using soy (like tofu for example) and cerebral atrophy. On the other hand, FDA dismissed these results without thinking. Just be careful, too much of anything is never good.
