I just had this today. Wasn't able to get it all because of the gagging so I used a cepacol throat drop to numb my throat. Helped tremendously with the gag reflex.

So I removed the white spot from my throat with just a qtip and it came right out! But the pain is still there. I took two Advil but it doesn't seem to be helping the pain at all. Any suggestions?
