This has JUST started with me 2 days ago...I have been trying to get pregnant and my cm dried up completely!!!! And then I was hit with this crumbly cm..I know it has to do with my body being acidic due to my diet. I was actually looking at an all natural diet to start tomorrow to set my body back to alkaline balance so this is amazing reading all of this. Today I bought plain yogurt and inserted it with a syringe. It worked before to balance the V so I am hoping it helps again. Time to get healthy and increase natural EWCM for sure. I will keep all posted and save this site.

This is RL....I am adding to my post above: My urine tested as very acidic due to the diet I have been on trying to conceive a girl. I switched to pH water, bought pH drops to add to my drinks...steered away from acidic foods, and then used Preseed. It is the closest lubricant to natural cervical mucus and figured if the peeling is due to an acidic environment, lubrication and moisture will not hurt. There is also Replens...a 'moisturizer' for the V in menopausal women and for dryness due to stress etc. It is HIGHLY acidic and women use it to have girls...so there is no way I was using that for moisture. I will add how this goes.

RL again: Okay....so the acidic fluids released from the vagina seem to be the culprit here...the itching is NOT due to a yeast infection rather the dryness of the skin.
1. use a vaginal anti-itch cream for the external areas, clitoral hood etc. NOT inside the vagina. This is not a yeast infection so Monistat or others will not work.
2. Rehydrate the vaginal tissue using PreSeed found in the contraception aisle. one or two inserts will do fine.
3. KEEP ALL THINGS...FINGERS, Penises, other objects OUT OF THE VAGINA FOR A MINIMUM of a week! NOTHING in there.
4. Drink LOTS of pH water (water higher in pH, or get pH drops at your local health food store.)
5. DO NOT DRINK SODA, JUICE, COFFEE, OR TEA.!!! ONLY pH WATER
5. Watch your diet. Eat more veggies for that week, tomatoes, grapefruit, lemons (even in your water), lemons.
6. Stay away from white bread, potatoes, rice, yogurt, cheese, and milk.
7. Continue to use anti-itch cream externally to help itching.

About 1 week you will see NO more skin shedding. DO NOT put your fingers, tampons, penises or other devices in the vagina during this time.

GOD LUCK!!!!!! Seems to be working fine! MORE SHEDDING SKIN! No more peeling. All pH related.

It isn't estrogen levels..it is progesterone levels increased due to going off BCPs, pregnancy, and hormonal imbalance. It creates an acidic environment. If you are still suffering from this please come back and read my last 3 posts.
