They aren't cancer. They are clogged pores. Simple as that. Someone was just trying to scare you.

Go to a gynecologist with your mom or a parent or what-not and have them look at it, but I have them too and it's nothing to worry about :) but if you still don't feel completely assured, go to the gynecologist, but you usually go to your family doctor first and then they will give you a referral
They are Milia a type of pimple. How did you finally break the skin...ive been trying forever
If you are ever concerned about anything that is different on your body ask to talk to your doctor privately if you are embarrassed in front of your parents. Doctors have seen everything.

I am 38 years old and have had these since I was a young and a virgin. I've had several different doctors advise that they are clogged pores;fordyce spots/sebaccous cysts. I also have two healthy children. They are normal and nothing to worry about. They even occur under the eye and on any skin that is soft as is the vagina, under eye, lips, etc.
Please do not let this cause you anguish. I spent way too many years obsessing and worrying over something that is completely normal. So much so, that I messed with one enough that it managed to get infected and I had to have it lanced - major pain- so not worth it!
