I've shaved my pubic hair for 2 years but i stopped doing it 3 months ago , as my hair grows back i've notice a white layer that grows along with it, i feel no pain when i pluck them. i'm preocupied, what's going on in my balls?

I get the same thing. I thought it was from using talcom powder in my underwear to prevent that "not so fresh feeling".
