Is this your first time? If so, it is probably just a kind of premature ejaculation. Are you able to maintain an erection afterwards? Have you tried restimulating yourself after this happens?

If there is pain, then you really should go to a doctor. Do you have any guy friends you feel comfortable talking to? Being a woman I have limited knowledge of what is normal with male genitalia. I know that guys that go without for a while are easier to stimulate, thus the premature ejaculation. But I am not sure about the pain afterwards.
