According to the dermotologist it is caused by two things:
1.) Lack of showering

2.) Long exposure to extremely hot conditions.

...hence everyone saying they didn't shower for days. Following was the white hair growths. The closest relation I found to it was White Piedra. However, the cure for this is anit-fungal versus the cure for White Piedra, which is anti-bacterial.

It's your thick thighs rubbing against your scrotum all day. It's natural and not a disease.

It's a type of fungus. Shave yourself and shampoo your balls and under your balls for two weeks with Sealson Blue and it goes away. You can use Head an Shoulders shampoo also but Sealson Blue is the best.

Guys calm down. If you masterbate and you use lotion.. Its mostly juss build up from the lotion because 9 out of 10 times I bet you lay around or continue with your day without showering or using wipes after. I say this because when I don't masterbate, I don't have the build up on my ball sack but whenever I do. Its there.

I think I may have caught the same thing while I was in Iraq!!! I never had this issue before I went over seas and when I got back state side I look it up to see what the hell was wrong with me and looking online it says its common in tropical climates, well that's the only place I've been that's remotely close to being tropical since I'm from New England.

Trichomycosis axillaris is a superficial bacterial colonization of the hair shafts in sweat gland–bearing areas, such as the armpits and the pubic area. It is a trivial disease of worldwide occurrence that is believed to be caused by the genus Corynebacteria (mostly Corynebacterium tenuis).[1]

I'm 13 and the same thing has happened to me, I've been researching this for a while trying to figure it out, and you just described all of my symptoms. After seeing many websites I assume it's normal. I'm gonna talk with my doctor about it
