when i masturbate, i happen to develop a white layer of dry skin with cracks... it doesnt hurt or anything...it is on the foreskin only......n it goes away when i put some water on it.... but seems to come back again when masturbating....How to get rid of it??
p.s. i dont use lube during masturbation
