Hi, im 16 names adam, i havnt yet had sex but i have pimple like spots on the side of my penus, when i pop them white stuff comes out and after that blood but not much, they dont hurt or smell and there barely vissable just wondering if anyone knows???

They are either fordyce spots or sebaceous prominence, a normal appearance on many guys' tools and nothing to worry about.
You shouldn't pop them because they may get infected and turn into big painful bumps.
