This has to be a reaction to something serious. From allergic reaction to some hormonal disorder in the body. You have been drinking for 4 nights and shouting and smoking. No wonder the thyroid gland has swollen up. In my opinion you just over worked your body and too much alcohol did the job. There is a good chance that you might be having an allergic reaction to alcohol. You should do the allergy test and your doctor needs to look at your hormonal glands. After the testing he should determine if there is anything wrong with them. One question: Have you had any changes in your regular diet? Maybe you tried something new?
