I am a woman with high testosterone, (I'm technically intersexed, but have all female parts, outwardly), and my doctor told me that this happens to many people, despite of sex/gender, but that it's most common in men, as well as with women who have higher testosterone levels than most. It apparently, (according to said doctor), relates to how in nature, a male's 'job' is to breed with as many females as possible, and so, eating and resting/sleeping becomes the fastest and more efficient manner to 'recharge', so to speak. :)

Hunger, thirst, desire for smoking, that's pretty much usual ways to feel after intercourse, so don't worry. Why need going to gym when you have exercise at home. ;)
