I started smoking at 16, and started 1 pack a day around 18 years old. I am now 19 and i quit for good. I quit 2 weeks ago and i already feel the difference. If you think you can be healthy and strong/in shape while smoking. Think again. Nothing good comes from smoking. Dont even start it. Those of you who think you need cigs because of your cravings, shake it off and work out instead. Also drink water when you crave it therefore physical cravings last 10 seconds. THINK ABOUT IT. Yes cigarette smoking after workouts is that your chest area works with full potential and you breathing fresh air within you. So cigarette smoking will make consumed smoking to go all through your respiratory system which is not really good.
