I always have had gorgeous fingernails they are naturally long and when I got out of the shower they were clear. Recently I have noticed in the past few months they have a yellow tinge to them and they are no longer clear. I was wondering why and what is causing this?
Oranges, tobacco, and dare I say, age, are natural culprits.

Everything we eat or ingest has an effect, and fingernails are not immune to that.

Whether that's accurate in your case, I obviously can't say. Just an observation.
