Hello panther,

You know you're not alone.  Losing weight is always a problem.  Whether you know it or not you need to diet.  Chances are you just don't know the right foods to eat and how much of them.  If you can keep your caloric intake around 1200 Calories a day you should be able to lose weight.  You must take in lean meats and fresh veggies an fruits.  Stay away from fatty foods and breaded foods as well as sugary items.  I mean completely.  You'll need to get used to this and it does take time but before long you should be eating healthy meals that will allow you to lose weight.
