Hi, I am a 47 years woman, divorced with two children. Two years ago, my husband has left me, just as the time that symptoms of perimenopause had started. I agree, maybe I was difficult woman to communicate but he never tried to understand me. Why do not people bother to understand that woman is going through specific phase of her life?
Let us get straight. Men do have climacterium but with some differences comparing to women. In womans case, all symptoms are concentrated in period of about 5-10 years, together with perimenopause and postmenopause. In mens case that is happening in period of over 10-15 and even more years, so they do not have that intensity of problems. Did they ever understand us?
