Yea I got it too, I'm 15 and I go a lil worry of what happen to it, hav a ring or like birthmarks around it (but it's not birthmarks tho) and its just there it doesnt go away. But I want it gone tho.

The brown ring is your circumcision scar. It goes all of the way around the penis. Please note that the skin on the side next to the body is true skin, but the skin on the side next to the penis head is mucosa.

This is where your foreskin was cut off.

Its from a circumcision and it is completely normal. A large amount of men have this color differentiation around the mid part of the penis. Women do not care because OVER 45% of males have this. If you are young (teen) do not worry about this, it will grow less noticeable as you age. Nothing to worry about:-|.

This isn't "normal". Your foreskin was taken from you in a horrifyingly violent manner as a defenseless child. Be angry. Then accept it. And make the vow to never do this to your child.

Sorry, but that isn't normal. It's a scar, a remnant of where your foreskin once was. Unfortunately, many US doctors will tell you that it's normal, and that you're fine or possibly even better off without your foreskin. There is a group of doctors who can provide real, truthful information about this, though. A Google search of "Doctors Opposing Circumcision" will lead you to their website and may shed more light on this. Good luck
