Uncut penises are normal looking and cut up ones have scars. The best skin is the foreskin.
Sadly it's likely from circumcision. I wish more parents would allow there sons the choice to stay intact until of age of consent to a cosmetic surgery. Please look up the benefits of foreskin. In the USA sadly boys don't have the same rights as baby girls (female circumcision was only outlawed late 90s) as an adult a man can make an informed choice and have adequate pain relief. Little or no pain relief is used in infants. The foreskin is fused to the glans(head) similar to how a fingernail is attached to finger. In an infant they have to rip that from the head of glans. It's bloody and just as painful as it sounds. Parents often claim "oh he slept through the it" no more likely the baby is in shock from having his most sensitive part of his penis amputated.at least as an adult the foreskin will be naturally retractable and far less traumatic to tissue. Oh and they also get adequate sedation and pain relief. Please research for future boys ... The claims of infection etc are false .. a lot of older men have problems due to forced retraction before foreskin can naturally do so ... Causing tears and many problems down road. Please please research
That's absurd ... Most of the world's mens population are intact. Like 80% foreskin actually helps sex to be more comfortable and no need for lubricants. I have had both and every woman I've spoke to prefers an intact male.
