why most of the women get delivery at night time ?

Ok last month in February i didnt start my period on the day i was suppose to instead i spotted, light brown and only one day bit not all day just once when i wipe myself. I also had another spotting at rhe ens of the month light red and also one time only when wipe. And for this month i spotted a light red. Could i be pregnant? Ive been trying for a while to get pregnant.
