Will my tooth be ok?

I was punched in the mouth just now and the inside of my lip is cut and it's swollen, I was hit in the top lip afterwards my front right hand tooth feels abit odd it responds to touch but the sensation is weird. I dug my teeth in ice cream to see if it would feel the cold sensation, it does but it still feels not right, will my tooth be ok?
