Will a urologist be able to see (from an ultrasound) if an organ is actual human tissue or an implant. This is testicle related.

Yes.

An implant will present very differently in an ultrasound then a viable organ with blood flow.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just want to make sure that what you said applies to ultrasound of testicles also. Will ultrasound be able to present the blood flow in testicles too?

Yes.
In many cases doppler ultrasound is used to verify a circulation problem in the testicles - such as what might result from a testicular torsion.
