WTF?

I am on CD48 (first cycle off BC). I spotted for two or three days and nothing else. At this rate, my calendar says I won't ovulate until the end of April. WTF? I could just cry. My last pregnancy test was on 2/20, BFN. What do you guys think?? My BF told me I need to test again and that maybe what I had for those couple days was implantation spotting b/c it was just a few brown spots. I bought a First Response test last night but I felt sick to my stomach about testing so I didn't. I don't feel any pg symptoms other than bloat.
Opinions? Suggestions? This is making me sad and CRAZY!
