The best way to get rid of stubborn butt fat is to concentrate on your diet.
Calories are the most important factor, as to lose fat, you need to eat fewer calories than you burn. To do this, subtract 250 calories per day from your current intake. This should ensure enough of a drop that you start shedding the fat, but isn’t so much that you’ll lack energy and feel lethargic.Your food choices are also important, as you won’t lose fat if you’re living off chips, candy and pizza. Focus on whole-foods, and base your diet around protein rich sources, such as chicken, lean beef and fish, as well as plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, a little healthy fat from nuts, seeds, avocado and olive oil, and wholegrains such as brown rice and oats.
Cardio
Cardio is extremely helpful for burning a few extra calories, and getting rid of butt and thigh fat, but you shouldn’t overdo it. Doing too much cardio can lead to muscle wastage, which is certainly not what you want when you’ve worked so hard to beast your butt into shape.
When choosing what cardio to do, try to pick activities that will give your behind a good workout. Hill sprints, spinning classes, and using the stepper in the gym are your best choices, as they target your glutes to full effect.
Keep your cardiovascular training short, but intense. Interval training is your best option. Try a short period of maximum effort of between 10 and 30 seconds, followed by a lighter recovery period of 30 seconds to two minutes. Keep your sessions under 30 minutes to ensure that you’re working hard
The Round Up
Remember that the real secret to attaining your perfect sexy Hollywood behind is being consistent in what you do. Make sure you’re constantly trying to progress on the three glute busting exercises, and keep trying to work harder during your bouts of cardio. Diet is just as important too, as reaching your goals is all bout the all round package. So stay on track, stay motivated, and you’ll have a sexy Hollywood rear that matches all the celebs’ in no time at all.
