I'm a 12 years old girl, I am very active and I weigh 106 lbs.
I eat very little because i've got loss of appetite. Everyday, I have at least 3 apples (160 kcal) and sometimes bread & butter (95kcal) plus the little bit of food I am forced to eat (20/30kcal)
I'd like a professional if not serious comment on wheter my intake is high enough? And if I maybe in any danger...?

You need to speak to a Registered Dietitian to get proper help to eat a solid diet! At this age 300kcals a day is not safe and sounds like you are headed for a numerous amount of health issues! I do not want to think of the scary conditions this could lead to like anorexia. Especially for a very active young girl such as yourself you need to be eating much more! This loss of appetite could be linked to another mecical issue your Dr. can look into!
