Hhey guest, the fact that you have pubic hair means that you have hit puberty.... the other charictoristics such as pit hair leg hair deeper voice and semen production will come later
You will progress with time. You don't "hit" puberty, it's a slow process that takes years. I don't even remember what ages my various hair growth started but I do remember the stages of ejaculation. Probably because I enjoyed masturbation and did it OFTEN!!!! :-D:-):-P
