hi im 13 male 5'2 147pounds and i want to be 110-120 pounds but im really impatient like i want to see 10 Pound loss a month or more. Im not that healthy of an eater or exerciser but i really want to lose weight i want to see physically my weight loss because im bad with motivation but im am willing to try.Im pretty muscular but not to the extreme more than average though. medical wise i have asthma and allergies to environmental things but not to bad allergies im aiming to take 1500cals a day but is this healthy or bad for you its cold where i live. please help me out thanks alot for taking the time to read this.
You can just control your diet .and if you can join some sports club like football .it fill help you to lose weight .and try cycling it will help you to lose weight from thigs
