Hello. I'm 14 and weight about 130 lbs and would like to weight 115 by the summer so my abs and other muscles will show. I'm 5'5" and walk about 4 - 5 miles a day when I don't go to the gym and like 6 - 8 when I do. I go to the gym like a few times a week (1-3 days). At the gym I do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight lifting and eat extremely healthy. However, at night I always get cravings and overeat sweets when no ones downstairs. Please help me!
