I downloaded your abs app and I'm preparing to start working out next Monday. But I was wandering is there a way for me to make my own trainings, like by choosing the videos I want to include?



in the free version of the Abs app you can watch all the abdominal workout videos, grouped by abdominal muscle groups. You choose the muscle group you want to work on on the first screen, for example - upper abs and then you get a set of videos called 'Upper Abs Exercises'.

If you're interested in exercises that involve more muscles, or are focused on cardio training, exercises for back pain... etc. than you have to buy premium version (in app) that comes together with nutritional plan you can follow for the best results.
