Hi I'm 14, currently 200 pounds, my height is 5/6 and a half.
I'm pretty active it's just that I eat a lot when I come back.
I play for about 1hr everyday, I usually skip breakfast, I know that its bad but I get a stomach ache every time I eat breakfast.
I want to know a easy way to lose weight.
Which program do you think works best, which work(s/ed) best for you?
Advice will be appreciated.
Forgot to mention I have a really sloooow metabolism.
