Hello, im 16 ill be 17 in feb. im 5 11ish im a big guy but im like 300+ i need to lose weight it affecting my health my social life and my love life i need as much advice as anyone can give please help asap!!!
Hi, you dont need any "DIET" persay, you just need to cut back on your food intake. Just cut down on your portions, dont go back for seconds. I know its gna be tough, trust me ive been there, but if you wait a lil bit after your first plate, you'll find yourself satisfied. Definately cut down on sugar. Drinking alot of water also helps alot. I have found it also makes you feel better. And last, but not least, physical activity. Walking is one of the best. I hope this helped. Im just telling you from my experience:)
Cut back on food, and exercise at least 30 to 40 minutes A day! Try to be active and sweat when you work out, the more you sweat the more you loose!
