Hello,
I am new to this forum and would like to start off saying that while I have found many topics similar to my problem I still have not been able to find a solution to my problem.
Description:
I am an 18 year old white male who has been recently tested for STDs and the like. I have no STDs or anything else that could show up on a test.
I have had sexual intercourse with only one other, my ex-girlfriend, who i stopped having sex with 3 months ago. We had sex 3-5 times a week at that time, both protected and unprotected but i never had an orgasm with her. The first couple of times I had a problem keeping an erection with her but after a few times I could keep an erection fine.
I thought I had a problem at the time, because I couldn't orgasm but after reading about the topic I discovered that it may have just been a phase and possibly in the future I will be able to orgasm.
Fast forward 3 months. I didn't need to masturbate when I was with my girlfriend so when I started masturbating again I thought it would be just like before. It wasn't so. I could maybe only get to an orgasm at first once every week. Then I could only orgasm every other week. At this date I have not orgasmed in a little more than two weeks and even when I do orgasm it takes at least 45 minuets or more of stimulation and I have to used some sort of pornography. When I was younger I never needed porn or anything. I have tried to masturbate with out pornography a number of times, especially after I researched porn addiction but I have not been able to orgasm without it. I'm at the point now that the fact that I cant orgasm has effected my daily life, it depresses me and influences other areas of my life. If anyone, doctor or not, can offer me some helpful advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Moby
i think it might be the amount of sensitivity on ur penis. If the skin on ur penis is not sensitive, it could be very hard to orgasm. i know this beacuse i went through it from a chemical reaction by using the wrong type of lube

Hi Moby:

You don't say if you have a foreskin or not. Scientific research has shown that circumcised males have more difficulty in reaching orgasm. If you don't have a foreskin, then your difficulty in reaching orgasm MAY be a result of being circumcised and not having the erogenous foreskin which has nerves that input into the autonomic nervous system and trigger ejaculation.
