I also had 2 positive urine and 1 negative blood test. No abortions ect.
The doctor didn't tell me to recheck or nothing. They said maybe because I'm 45 I'm like excuse me urine 3 days ago definite yes blood no 3 days later. HCG is HCG urine or blood is it not. Even with a miscarriage 3 days between each other would still have HCG in blood stream. Hormones or not still HCG is HCG It it's in the urine it's in the blood. Or so I would think.

MY LAST PERIOD WAS 02/04/2007.I TOOK 3 HOME PREGNANCY TEST ALL WERE POSITIVE. I TOOK A BLOOD TEST NEGATIVE. IS IT BECAUSE MY IRON IS LOW? MY PERIOD NORMALLY COMES ON TIME. MY BREAST IS TENDER AND LARGE.AND BY THE WAY MY LAST PERIOD WASN'T NORMAL. I FEEL PREGNANT,BUT AM I? I KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU LADIES FEEL. MY THING IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL MAKE ME SANE IS AN ULTRASOUND,WHICH I AM GETTING DONE TOMORROW. LADIES IF YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE BLOOD TEST DON'T GET DISCOURAGED. THERE IS STILL A CHANCE. I KNOW I AM PREGNANT AND I WILL PROVE THAT BLOOD TEST WRONG TOMORROW. I'LL KEEP U POSTED.
the result for me was I found out I was pregnant with my three year old about 3 months along. and to the girl who had an abortion then is trying, please be sure you want this baby. I had a friend who tried and tried and then when she was pregnant changed her mind and had an abortion , i never could forgive her for killing a deliberately concieved child.
i agree, there is absolutely posatively NO REASON to get an abortion, there is no circumstance where murder is legal so you need to seriously think about getting pregnant again, abortion is wrong, there are plenty of people out there to adopt a helpless, loving little human being who wants nothing more out of life than to be loved, people get pregnant on a whim or aren't careful and OH it's just a quick solution to get an abortion, it should be a federal offense.
So its acceptable being raped and then giving birth to a child that represents nothing but that fateful day? Or even worse, giving the child up...well knowing that you have some flesh and blood on this earth that was concieved through an act of brutal lust and aggression. I myself couldn't live with that.
I had an abortion three years ago. When I went for a check-up this year using blood, it shows positive while urine shows negative. I experience my periods normally. I am confused and don't know what to do. Any advice?
